What States Do You Ship To?
We are currently shipping to all 48 contiguous US states. Hawaii and Alaska have proven to be difficult so we’re currently holding off on shipping to those two states. We have happy customers all across the US, from Southern California to upstate New York, South Florida to Seattle!
We do not ship overseas or to Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience but it’s just something we don’t feel comfortable doing at the moment.
If you’re out of the country and have a friend in the US, we can ship to them and they can forward the package to you after they have de-stressed and stabilized the plants.
How Do I Complete An Order?
Since we don’t take credit cards, our online ordering experience differs a little from the standard ecommerce shopping flow. Here’s how it works:
- Fill your cart with at least 4 of our clones from the shop menu and quantity selector (you can mix and match).
- Fill out the billing/shipping information on the checkout page and complete the checkout.
- On the thank you page you’ll receive and order number and a visible total.
- Pay the total shown on the thank you page to one of the accepted payment methods and type your order number in the payment notes so we can confirm your payment (Nothing about clones please).
- We’ll email you back to confirm receipt of payment and let you know when your clones will ship, and later follow up with your tracking info once they ship.
How Long Do The Clones Take To Arrive?
Our main nursery is centrally located in the US, so our average shipping time from the day we get them in the mail is 2 days to anywhere in the US.
Sometimes very rural areas will receive them in 3 days. This is not an issue though, because our clones are hardened off and well rooted. We have performed multiple “stress tests” where we’ve found that our clones can withstand up to 4-5 days in a box without issue.
If there are any issues with the clones when they arrive (dead, broken stems) we ALWAYS send replacements, just make sure you send us pictures within 24 HOURS of receiving them.
What Are The Best Strains For Outdoor Grows?
The answer is it depends on where you live. In the states our facilities are located, where there isn’t much humidity, ALL of the clones you see available will do fantastic outdoors.
However, if you live in a climate with high humidity, it’s best to go with strains that are on the lighter size in terms of yield. The bigger and denser the buds, the better the chance of getting bud rot in crazy humidity.
Do You Offer A Guarantee?
Yes! We’ve perfected our shipping methods and our facility is completely sterile, so we offer a break-free and pest free guarantee.
All clones are healthy, fully rooted and hardened off to guarantee healthy clones when they arrive. However, we do not guarantee that all of your clones will survive after transplant. These are live plants, and no matter how healthy they are when they arrive you can expect around 90% success rate if you know what you’re doing.
Our marijuana clones are more fail-safe than any clones you’ll find elsewhere, but experience and understanding of the transplant and care process are ultimately what will determine their success. As long as you understand the basics, you’ll most likely see a 90-100% success rate.
Regarding Shipping Delays: 99% of the time our clones arrive healthy and happy within 2-3 days. However, rural areas, slow moving USPS locations can and have slowed the process down, resulting in plants that are dead on arrival.
If this does happen to your clones, you must take pictures and send them to us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, and we’ll send you replacements free of charge.
Do You Ship To Non-Legal States?
Yes! The clones we send at the time of shipment all have less than .3% THC, classifying them as a hemp product so we ship to all 50 states (except for Hawaii and Alaska). What you do with the clones once you receive them is up to you, and your responsibility to follow local laws.
If you want to eventually flower them out and generate high THC buds from them you should follow all local laws. We take no responsibility for what you do with them once you receive the clones.
