What is your replacement and refund policy?
If your plants arrive damaged or dead on arrival (DOA) due to shipping, we will send free replacements. To qualify, you must email us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
What is your weather-related shipping policy?
We do not accept financial liability for plants that arrive dead (DOA) due to extreme local weather conditions. If you suspect extreme weather (under 30°F or above 100°F), leave a note at checkout requesting a "Weather Hold," and we will pause your shipment.
